The programme traditionally offers films that scored at prestigious film festivals or with film academies and offers a unique opportunity to gauge the quality and diversity of contemporary short film production. This year’s Panorama will include the winner of 2011 Berlin Festival, the best short film selected by the European Film Academy, the 2011 Oscar winner and the winner of Golden Palm from Cannes.
