Joseph Loucky is a popular mayor of the village Sedlcanky and has ambitions to get the prestigious title of VILLAGE OF THE YEAR. The village already has to a certain winning almost everything necessary. In various forms they imitated public library, museum, public swimming pool or skating. The only thing they lack is the success of sanitation. The mayor has promised a subsidy for the construction of sewage when he will within two weeks have dug channels through the entire village.
