Mr. Fox is a nimble chicken thief but when he starts getting a little rusty, he launches a new career in journalism and he and his wife move to a new home. But when mid-life crisis hits, his forays into nearby coops start to plague the local farmers again. And they aren’t going to take it. This adaptation of a book by Roald Dahl retains the original story’s ominous overtones while director Wes Anderson delivers his usual mix of naïvety and melancholy.
