In April 1945, Vojtech Gál was murdered on his way from Sachsenhausen to Schwerin. In April 2008, his son set off along the same route. At first it was in an effort to find the grave of his dad and leave a testimony. On the way questions without answers sprung up, problems without solutions, events revealing also the present and its perils. Fedor's dad only lived for 35 years. His last journey was long, although it lasted only a few days. The journey of the creators of the film Short Long Journey was long. They returned as changed people.
