Ingmar Bergman, Fritz Lang, Jean Renoir, Alfred Hitchcock, Jacques Tati and Orson Welles have all become famous directors with very personal styles. Their films made history. They say there is a defining moment in everyone’s childhood, a special event that marks one’s personality and defines who we become. This section presents six films made by six directors about such defining moments in the childhoods of these six great cinematographers.
