Nelly lives with her foster-mother. Jenny, her real mother, arrives and wants to get her daughter back. Nelly abandons her foster-mother and goes to work in Stockholm. One evening she is seduced by Jack, Jenny´s boyfriend. Jenny finds them together and, after a row, Jack kills himself.
