This low-budget music film is a memory of the Manchester club scene in the seventies to the nineties. The main character is Tony Wilson who organizes concerts to then starting groups (Sex Pistols, Joy Division, New Order, Happy Mondays), produces their records in his recording studio Factory Records, opens the legendary club Hacienda and later as ecstasy replaces alcohol – closes it.
