Lady Zee recounts the story of Zlatina who grows up in an orphanage. After she leaves, she focuses her energy to gain control over her life. She refuses to show her feelings or wear skirts, so that she won’t end up as a prostitute, the fulfillment of her worst dreams, as she always explains. Her story is observed and told by Lesko who is in love with her. After she gets kidnapped to Greece and forced to become a prostitute, Lesko goes after her. This Sarajevo film festival winner is a realistic and poetic account of the search of one’s destiny and one’s faith in it, shaped and directed by childhood experience.
