The documentary filmmaker My Larsen has received a slightly unusual assignment. She is to make a documentary about the conservative municipality of Ravnsborg. Self-conscious and self-centred, she is determined to keep her artistic freedom, using every possible means to capture the true story of Ravnsborg. Employing hidden cameras and microphones, she soon discovers that the apparently peaceful municipality has a dark side. Somebody tries to cover up a frightening secret and will do anything to prevent My from finding out the truth.
